I’m Brittany, or Britt as my friends call me. I am the lady behind Rabbit Rabbit - a shop full of handmade & nature inspired art, electroformed jewelry & apothecary goods.
I have been making electroformed copper jewelry for over a decade! It is a fun & challenging medium to work with - I am still learning everyday. The process involves using chemicals to grow copper onto the piece, instead of using heat like in soldering. If your interested I share all about the process on my social media accounts!
Art is a newer passion for me - I began really practicing my art skills around 2020 as a bit of a pandemic hobby & really fell in love with it. I work in graphite, watercolor & acrylic paints - painting a variety of subjects, mostly centered around nature and femininity.
I also love taking on custom work - I am open to all of your ideas but I specialize in pet, human & home portraits.
Behind the name…
The name Rabbit Rabbit comes from an old tradition where saying "Rabbit Rabbit" at the start of a new month brings good luck. It’s a small ritual that represents fresh starts, positivity, and a touch of magic — a philosophy I carry into everything I create.
Rabbits are more than just playful creatures; they symbolize curiosity, creativity, and transformation. Their gentle nature reminds me to slow down, while their whimsical spirit invites me to embrace life’s joy and wonder. To me, they’re a reminder that even in the smallest moments, there’s magic waiting to be discovered.
